Triumph Daytona T595 - Better than sex (Almost!)

After riding a moped at college when I was 18, I always wanted a "proper" bike. So in January 1997 I took my test and passed. I then bought a 2nd hand Suzuki GSX600F and rode it to Sweden across Europe with a friend. So I had the bike during the summer of 1997 in Sweden. Back in 1996 Triumph launched their new sportsbike the Daytona T595 - I wanted one. So in February 1998 I part exchanged the Suzuki and some hard earned cash for the Daytona. As soon as the weather was good enough (April) I rode it to Sweden through France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, and Denmark in one and a half days (1300 Miles or 2000Km). The bike wintered in England that year and then returned via a shipping company in 1999 where it stayed with me until I left Sweden in October 2001.
